Dr. Zachary McDowell has been awarded a grant from the Wikimedia Foundation — the organization behind Wikipedia and its sister projects.
His project, titled “Establishing a Critical Digital Commons Research Network,” has been approved to receive funding through the Wikimedia Research Fund for the period from October 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026.
