Dania Aljouhi is a doctoral student in the department of communication at UIC. Previously she has done work focuses on the presentation of self in social media platforms like Snapchat & Instagram. Recently, her work has focused on how social media specifically “Twitter” plays a vital role in mediating online public opinion in Saudi Arabia.
