About
I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), specializing in AI, Machine Learning, Visual Analytics, and Human–Computer Interaction. My research focuses on biomedical data visualization, medical imaging, and brain connectomics, where I design intelligent, human-centered visualization and computer vision methods to make complex biomedical data more interpretable and impactful. I also work as a Research Assistant at the Electronic Visualization Laboratory (EVL).
Additionally, I am pleased to serve in the Department of Communication as an IT Program Coordinator under the supervision of Professor Zizi Papacharissi. In this role, I support projects that utilize AI and machine learning to enhance our understanding of human communication, integrating computational methods with communication research to identify meaningful patterns in how people interact.
