About
Erica is a UIC alumni with a BFA in Painting and Sculpting and a proud Chicago Public School graduate. Prior to joining UIC, Erica worked at Northwestern University, School of Communication, Center for Communication and Health. There she was one of a team of four to implement Northwestern University’s first MS in Health Communication department.
Previous to that she was a Data Specialist and Enrollment Advisor at Chicago Virtual Charter School, Chicago Public Schools. There she managed all enrollment data for the school and counseled families and students (K-12) throughout their journey at CVCS. In 2012 Erica was Lead Parent & Applicant Communication Coordinator for Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development's Summer Program. Throughout art school at UIC, Erica worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Streeterville and Galerie F in Logan Square. She assisted with Street Art displays, art show set-up, marketing and screen print framing. Erica has 14 years of non-profit management experience and has been working within higher education and K-12 for the past 10 years.
