About

Erica is a UIC alumni with a BFA in Painting and Sculpting and a proud Chicago Public School graduate. Prior to joining UIC, Erica worked at Northwestern University, School of Communication, Center for Communication and Health. There she was one of a team of four to implement Northwestern University’s first MS in Health Communication department.

Previous to that she was a Data Specialist and Enrollment Advisor at Chicago Virtual Charter School, Chicago Public Schools. There she managed all enrollment data for the school and counseled families and students (K-12) throughout their journey at CVCS.  In 2012 Erica was Admissions Coordinator for Northwestern University's Center for Talent Development's Summer Program. Throughout art school at UIC, Erica worked at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Streeterville and Galerie F in Logan Square. She assisted with Street Art displays, art show set-up, marketing and screen print framing. Erica has 14 years of non-profit management experience and has been working within higher education and K-12 for the past 10 years.
